Yuchi Chang
Yuchi Chang joined the Taiwan-Asia Exchange Foundation (TAEF) as an Assistant Research Fellow in the Research and Planning Division, where she is responsible for advancing the foundation’s think tank exchange programs and youth leadership initiatives.
She holds a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary liberal studies from Duke University, where her research focused on the impact of private endowment on the governance and public access of art museums in the United States. She previously participated in a research project on China’s fundraising landscape at the Prince Claus Fund in the Netherlands, and has gained practical experience in international exchange and policy advocacy. Her professional interests center on cultural resource allocation, transnational philanthropic flows, and youth civic engagement.
