Laura Bonsaver
Laura Bonsaver (羅佳碧) manages the Think Tank Collaboration Programme at the Taiwan-Asia Exchange Foundation (TAEF), one of the key strategic corridors of the NSP+ Policy, since 2025. She oversees the publication of policy reports and coordinates the programme’s key events, such as the NSP+ Think Tank Summit.
Laura has chaired and spoken at high-level events, bringing together diverse organisations to share insights on East Asia and global affairs. Her work spans research, project management, consultancy, and public engagement, with previous research focusing on EU-China, UK-Taiwan and Cross-Strait relations, and a particular interest in soft power, cultural diplomacy, and international security. She is passionate about promoting Taiwan’s position in the Indo-Pacific and strengthening ties with countries in the region and beyond.
Before joining TAEF, Laura worked for the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, and at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris. She achieved a Distinction in International Politics from SOAS University of London and is fluent in English, Italian, French, and Mandarin.
