TAEF

Laura Bonsaver (羅佳碧) joined the Taiwan-Asia Exchange Foundation (TAEF) in 2025 as Assistant Research Fellow in the Department of International Collaboration. She covers the Foundation’s think tank cooperation and Taiwan-India dialogue initiatives.

Laura has chaired and spoken at high-level events, bringing together diverse organisations to share insights on East Asia and global affairs. Laura Bonsaver is experienced in research, project management, consultancy, and public speaking. Her previous research has focused on UK-China, EU-China and Cross-Strait relations, with a particular interest in soft power, cultural diplomacy and international security.

Before joining TAEF, Laura worked for the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, and UNESCO. She achieved a Distinction in International Politics from SOAS University of London. She is fluent in English, Italian, French and Mandarin.
