James Sheng-Shih Chiang serves in the Taiwan-Asia Exchange Foundation (TAEF)’s Department of General Affairs, responsible for internal audits, management of property and items, information security policy planning, and other related general affairs.Prior to joining TAEF, James worked for the Soochow University and Chung Yuan Christian University.
