TAEF

Louis serves as assistant Research Fellow, Department of international Collaboration | Regional Resilience Coordinator at Taiwan-Asia Exchange Foundation and is in charge of the Regional Resilience Program. He previously served as an advisory staff member in APEC affairs, has long been involved in Asia-Pacific regional cooperation, and recently focuses on international digital issues.

Prior to joining the Taiwan-Asia Exchange Foundation (TAEF), he served at the Institute for Information Industry (III) and the TaiwanICDF.
