TAEF

Yun-Chu (Angie) Chen manages the Cultural Exchange Programme at the Taiwan-Asia Exchange Foundation (TAEF), advancing Taiwan’s cultural diplomacy with New Southbound countries through curatorial projects and policy research. She established TAEF’s flagship Asian Artists Exchange Program – The Open Boat and curated the “New Southbound Film Series,” building cross-border cultural linkages across Asia and fostering global dialogue through arts and culture.

Her professional experience spans curatorial practice, project management, and cultural diplomacy. Prior to joining TAEF, Yun-Chu worked at the Taipei Film Commission, served as Secretary General of the Youth Association, and lectured at Shih Hsin University. She holds an M.A. in Culture Industry from Goldsmiths, University of London, and is dedicated to bridging Taiwan with international cultural networks through inclusive, cross-cultural platforms.
